Mancan is seeking a full time Scanning Associate in Norwalk, Ohio.

A growing company that is expanding its operations in Norwalk, OH. Currently, is in need of an employee that will work as a full time document scanner. The ideal candidates will work efficiently and pay close attention to detail.

THIS POSITION ENTAILS THE FOLLOWING:

Prepping Documents - Ability to remove staples and paperclips from documents.

Record Imaging - Scanning pages utilizing high-speed scanners and understanding how to use specialized scanning software.

Data Entry - Candidate must be able to accurately and consistently key a minimum of 50 words per minute.

Lifting Boxes - Candidate should be able to move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.

Warehouse Pulls - Candidate will occasionally have to move heavy boxes and pull files from boxes in a warehouse.

General Computer Understanding - Candidate must be very knowledgeable and comfortable working with computers (Windows).

Summary - We are looking for candidates that have a strong comfort level with computers and enjoy repetitive tasks related to computer work. There will be a strong emphasis on working quickly and maintaining performance quota's. A background check and drug test will be done on any candidates that are considered for this position. There is potential that the correct candidate will have an opportunity to manage part of this operation in the future.

This is a first shift position with flexible hours and vacation benefits.
