    The Job Position:

    As a Bilingual Office Supervisor at C1 International Miami LLC, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring smooth office management and communication across teams. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and maintain our reputation as a top provider in the electronic products market.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    Manage schedules and appointments for team members while maintaining calendar organization.

    Facilitate communication between departments and with external partners.

    Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures.

    Provide clerical support including document preparation and filing.

    Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.

    Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED**: Bilingual in Mandarin and English

    Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficient in time management, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Experience with scheduling software and calendar management tools.

    Basic understanding of budgeting processes is preferred.

    Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation is a plus.
