Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. This position offers a comprehensive training program in various aspects of logistics and supply chain management.

Duties:

• Warehouse protocols and supply chain operations
• Assist in implementing lean principles to optimize processes
• Provide support to all Warehouse activities
• Shadow Warehouse Managers to understand operations
• Contribute to demand planning strategies
• Assist with transportation planning
• Inventory control techniques

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• REQUIRED: **Proficient Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply chain operations
• REQUIRED: **2-3 years of previous experience in Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
