Manpower is hiring for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter! You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing productive Talent Acquisition strategies.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

·       Full Time:  Monday – Friday:   Partially Remote

·       Possible temp to hire role

·       Located in Downtown Los Angeles

·       Pay rate:  $36/hr.  - $48/hr.

What you will be doing:

•            Developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans/strategies.

•            Performing analysis of hiring needs and provide employee-hiring forecast.

•            Designing, planning and executing selection processes - conducting phone interviews and screenings, sending detailed candidate recaps & schedule phone, in-person or virtual interviews.

•            Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.

•            Responsible for consistently updating the HR report, recruitment log & temp report with vital details & metrics (time to fill, reason for opening, budget, top candidates etc.)

•            Responsible for coordination of onboarding new hires:

o            Ensuring signed offer letters are collected and saved

o            Sending new hire memos to hiring managers and ensure they have everything needed to prepare for the new team member

o            Sending new hires a welcome memo with all information needed to ensure they are prepared for their first day

o            Partnering with HR counterparts & Facilities for parking transponder and new hire bags

•            Creating compelling onboarding brand deck with our new brand identity.

•            Implementing procedures for improving the candidate experience.

•            Maintaining updated recruitment & temp report to be submitted to the Director, VP of HR & President.

•            Suggesting measures for improving employee retention.

•            Developing sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles (i.e. referral bonus program, networking, LinkedIn posts).

•            Attending career, college fairs, and similar events.

•            Developing the budget between HR & finance.

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

•            5 years of experience as TA Manager and/or Recruiter or similar HR role

•            In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques

•            Hands on experience with posting jobs on recruitment tools & job boards

•            Experience with a ATS, Sourcing and/or Recruitment Marketing tools

•            Ability to motivate employees & be a brand cheerleader

•            A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

•            Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

•            Team player

•            Good time-management skills

•            Great interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal)

•            BA in human resources, business administration and/or similar relevant field
