Position: Manufacturing Associate Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Overview: We are seeking qualified Manufacturing Associate in aluminum and stainless steel. Must be skilled in de-burring operations, basic shop tools, measuring equipment, gauges. Powder Coating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Work with various materials, including but not limited to stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel.

Grinding/honing metal pieces for production.

Machine operation.

Powder coating.

Packaging final product for shipping.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team setting.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
