Overview:
ROARK’s client, a growing manufacturing company investing in R&D and technology, seeks a CFO to lead Finance, Accounting, HR, and Administrative functions. This role involves complex forecasting, cost accounting, and strategic leadership to support growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight: Direct finance, accounting, HR, and admin teams. Set goals, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability.
• Financial Strategy & Operations: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in compliance with GAAP. Oversee cash flow, cost analysis, and bank covenants.
• Accounting & Reporting: Supervise GL, AP/AR, inventory, assets, and policy updates. Coordinate with external accountants/auditors.
• Administration & HR: Lead HR functions, compensation programs, and IT systems (including an upcoming NetSuite implementation).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s and/or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 10+ years of senior finance experience (manufacturing sector strongly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite beneficial.
• Proven expertise in managerial accounting, cost analysis, and inventory control.
