RGA/RMA Coordinator/ Customer Service

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA), RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) or RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) is a part of the process of RETURNING a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.

Immediate need for an RGA/RMA Coordinator seeking a fast paced environment and high volume accounts to support. Excellent communication, organization and follow up skills will be keys to success in this dynamic, family-oriented organization.
Will be responsible for processing RGA/RMA requests. Managing the returned goods, and looking up order information to ensure accuracy. Communicate with customers on RGA discrepancies- working closely with customer service. Train receiving counterparts to ensure RGA coverage.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of intuitive software.
3 years Manufacturing Industry Experience.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and problem solve in a fast pace environment and to provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers and staff.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
Works well within a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of time sensitivity
