Manufacturing Engineer role with leadership potential in an environment investing in new equipment, technology, and people. You’ll spend 50% of your time at a desk in new project work, and 50% on the floor or in production support related tasks. It’s a strong blend of both. Lots of varied production processes and equipment to support in a clean manufacturing environment. Happy to help people learn their processes and equipment. Lots of new capital investments are being made including new automated equipment, and new product lines being launched this year. It’s primarily an Allen-Bradley and Fanuc environment (although this isn’t a Controls focused role). You will support projects across root cause & corrective action for production and quality problems, process design, tool and equipment changes or specification, interface with equipment and service vendors, support cross-department projects, new product launches, CAPEX projects, and more. REQUIRED:

• 1+ year of professional Manufacturing Engineering experience supporting both project work, and hands-on production support.
• Ability to learn and support a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

DESIRED:

• Engineering or related technical degree strongly desired.
