Job Responsibilities :

Technical support: Providing basic technical support and administrative services to help with a project or department

Project management: Overseeing technical project components, ensuring deliverables meet project objectives, and facilitating communication between project teams and technical departments Documentation: Managing technical project documentation, developing and maintaining project documentation, and preparing project updates and presentations

Project administration: Carrying out administrative tasks, such as routine paperwork, data entry, and responding to general requests for information

Project planning: Assisting technical managers to create and share work plans, schedules, and timelines

Project reviews: Conducting regular project reviews and reports

Quality control: Implementing safety and quality controls
