Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Manufacturing Equipment Repair Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our manufacturing equipment. This role requires an individual with hands-on experience in machine maintenance and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair CNC and other manufacturing machines.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless production processes.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Source and manage necessary parts and tools for repairs.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure equipment is operated safely.

Must Have Experience

• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining CNC machines or similar.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with machine control systems and software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
