    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, standardize, and analyze financial reports, estimates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting models to support decision-making.
    • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in financial planning.
    • Support capital budgeting and reporting processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for cost optimization, including make vs. buy decisions.
    • Provide reporting structure for consolidated inventory planning and obsolescence control.
    • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
    • Support executive leadership with financial analysis for key business decisions.
    • Assist with various ad hoc financial projects as needed.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Internship or relevant work experience (co-op, part-time, or project-based) in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-focused environment is required.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, building reports, and working with financial models or large data sets.
    • Exposure to budgeting, cost analysis, or standard costing concepts through coursework, internships, or prior roles.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams and present financial information clearly.
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn financial concepts such as ROIC, IRR, and NPV, prior exposure is a plus but not required.
    • Experience in a seasonal, global, or dynamic business environment (through work, school projects, or internships) is a plus.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelors with minimum 6 years experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
