Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and identify potential candidates for manufacturing and logistics positions through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain a network of manufacturing and logistics professionals, cultivating relationships for future job openings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to enhance recruiting strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics sectors, including understanding of various positions, skills, and qualifications required.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mentality with a track record of meeting and surpassing recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Optional: bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
