• Work during night/overnight shifts , with weekends as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Associate to join our team on the night/overnight shift. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, performing production tasks that require precision, strong reading comprehension, and basic math skills. Your contributions will support continuous operations by ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Quality:

* Follow detailed work instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures to complete production tasks accurately.

* Inspect and measure materials using standard tools such as tape measures.

* Complete production paperwork and inspection reports accurately.

• Documentation & Communication:

* Read, interpret, and understand technical documents, procedure manuals, work instructions, and shipping documents.

* Communicate effectively in real time to resolve issues and respond to operational needs.

• Mathematical Proficiency:

* Perform basic arithmetic operations including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Physical Tasks:

* Frequently stand, lift, and bend to complete production tasks throughout your shift.

• Teamwork & Problem Solving:

* Apply common sense and follow detailed instructions to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Education:

* High school diploma or GED.

• Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is required; 2-5 years industrial experience is desirable.

* Experience working on night or overnight shifts is required.

• Technical Skills:

* Ability to read and understand written documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and work instructions.

* Adequate writing skills to complete production documentation and inspection reports.

* Proficiency with basic math and measurement tools.

• Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.

Salary info:

$21 - $23 / hr
