Job Summary Mid Star Lab, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Production Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be crafting custom foot orthotics that help patients across the United States live better lives. This hands-on position requires precision and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing your station, ensuring that each order is processed accurately and efficiently, meeting strict quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, have experience in woodworking or crafting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate custom orthotics based on doctor prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and no errors.

Manage your station to process and fulfill orders promptly and efficiently.

Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.

Ensure timely shipment of orders, providing excellent customer service.

Read and review scripts thoroughly, paying attention to every detail.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication is preferred.

Ability to stay self-motivated and productive while working independently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
