No direct prior experience is necessary.

On-the-job training is provided.

Knowledge of nylon tactical gear and related textile materials is a plus.

Duties:

Feed raw materials into production machinery

Assemble goods on production lines

Monitor the production process

Carry out basic quality and testing checks

Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse

Maintain work areas and equipment

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and organizational skills

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Able to work in a moderate noise environment

Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

Able to work on foot or seated for extended periods of time

Strong communication skills

Able to cross train on other positions within Production

Reliable mode of transportation
