    Job Description:

    Quality & Documentation

    • Quality Testing: Design, implement, and manage quality testing processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Ensure all quality testing processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, including CRSI and DOT
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and audits. Help prepare quality reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts. Assist in creating and revising standard work instructions (SWI).
    • Training: Provide training and support to team members on quality testing procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback on product quality and use it to drive continuous improvement.

    Process Improvement & Data Collection

    • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
    • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support in making data-driven decisions to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Assist in generating reports and using data to support quality improvement initiatives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, manufacturing, and operation teams to implement changes and ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Root Cause Analysis: Support the identification and investigation of quality issues, defects, and non-conformances. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to address and resolve these issues.
    • Project Management: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, manufacturing or continuous improvement.
    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and manufacturing processes but not limited to SPC, Six Sigma, IPO or TPS.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Experience with project management is a plus.
    • Demonstrate intermediate level Microsoft office suite skills
    • Ability to navigate and learn different technology platforms, used in the daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
  • Compensation
    $75,000-$80,000 per year
