Manufacturing Sales Associate

Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
• Drive sales by building relationships and providing personalized service.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and cycle counts.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
