The Manufacturing Site Engineer develops efficient systems, processes, and machines that result in high-quality products.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with the Director of Manufacturing and/or Technician Manager to set and assess priorities across teams.
• Supervises tooling operations, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards.
• Assesses cost effectiveness of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepares and implements the departmental budget.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field. Master’s degree, preferred.
• Experience working in the industry and completion of professional development programs designed to keep Manufacturing Engineers current preferred.
