KEEP Case Manager

What your day looks like:

As a KEEP Case Manager, you will work in a team environment with families who are in jeopardy of having their children or youth removed from the home. You will meet with the family in their home and the community to address child welfare concerns such as housing, abuse, neglect, and other such barriers. You will advocate and support the family by educating them on the effects of trauma, life skills and parenting trainings, and crisis management. This role has an intensive 30 day focus to link clients to community resources and collaborate with all involved parties.

What we are looking for:

Meets one of these criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in a human service field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, Human Services, etc. OR

Unrelated Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years’ experience working with children/youth and their families
