Job Description
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and executes Web, Search, Marketing, email, Social Media, and E-Commerce Marketplace Advertising Campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns including ACOS and ROI. Optimizes spend and conversions.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create content, product listings, and landing pages that increase sales and conversions.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.

Once fully trained, this position may work from home on pre-scheduled days.
Schedule - This is a 40 Hour per week Full Time position. This position will Work from Home and Onsite at our Lenexa facility.
DIGITAL MARKETING QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field
- Work / project experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry is helpful
- Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns – particularly related to Amazon.com
- Experience / knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience / knowledge with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience / knowledge of e-Commerce marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
Knowledge of photo / image software helpful
Starting pay Range $40,000 to $46,000 per year
