    The ideal candidate must have experience in employment law including trial experience, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and be able to provide our clients with top-quality representation, no matter the challenge they face.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • PROFESSIONALLY ENGAGE WITH OUR VETTED LEADS: better understand the facts and goals, and prepare a "Case Plan" (for cases you accept) for each client.

    • COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS: discuss options, strategies, and solutions at key junctures of their case so they understand their options and make informed decisions.

    • PREPARE CLIENTS FOR HEARINGS AND TRIALS

    • ATTEND HEARINGS AND TRIALS

    • Adhere to Marble's Legal Partner guidelines: REGULARLY COMMUNICATE WITH MARBLE ON IMPORTANT CASE UPDATES, USE OUR TECH PLATFORMS, PROVIDE FEEDBACK, ETC.

    KEY SKILLS

    • Provide top-quality customer service

    • Work independently with a remote support staff

    • Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases

    • Highly developed organizational ability

    • Tech-savvy

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least three years of experience as an employment law attorney

    • Licensed to practice in Georgia

    • Comfortable learning our case management software and processes

    • Ethical, accountable, professional, and compassionate
