OPPORTUNITY

At Mareana, we build Enterprise Scale AI products in Supply Chain and Unstructured Data. With the rapidly changing business landscape we need Product Managers who can evolve our products to stay ahead of the changes and remain excited to work on software products in Supply Chain. As a Product Manager you need to work across functions to guide a product through its various phases – concept, launch, and continuous evolution. You will identify and prioritize customer/business needs and translate the needs into feature and capabilities on our platform. This role will define and build customer experience. As a Product Manager, you are expected to think like a businessperson and create solutions from the Consumer perspective. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the roadmaps for our product/s. You will improve usage-statistics, customer experience, and customer engagement by launching both incremental improvements and larger scale enhancements. You will support our service consultants, sales and marketing with product presentations.

Collaboration is one of the primary reasons that drive innovation in our products at Mareana. Our teams work closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve and innovate constantly. Product Managers are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Develop the roadmap and help to shape the vision of the product.

· Act as the voice of the customer and provide perspective on the value of the product roadmap and backlog.

· Analyze and develop differentiation against key competitors by understanding market landscape, emerging technology, and customer needs.

· Work closely with customers to a) gather requirements, b) keep them informed on key Design and Development progress and c) seek recommendations for improvement.

· Assist marketing, sales and consultants with customer presentations as the product expert

· Supports any required RFI/RFP boilerplates, training, tools, collateral, and knowledge bases.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in software product management
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing as a practitioner or a consultant
• Proven track record in increasing adoption on a digital product
• Technical and operations acumen to understand the implications of back-end services and operations on user experience and vice versa
• Experienced in launching and scaling digital products in a mid- or small sized company
• Worked or works directly with developers
• Excellent Communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in working with AI applications

• Track record in managing engaging web applications with great User Experience

• Experience with wireframe tools e.g. Lucid chart

• Experience working as a business analyst, consultant or BI product manager a plus but not required.
