Job Description

World class provider of packaging solutions in an Atlanta suburb is expanding their screen printing operations. The company is searching to hire experienced Screen Press Operators for day shift. Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret job orders.
• Set up and operate multi-color automated screen presses according to job specs.
• Inspect print quality throughout the run.
• Mix and match inks to obtain desired hue and densities.
• Work closely with supervisor to stay on schedule.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 4 -7 years' experience operating multi-color screen presses; working knowledge of Kamman and/or Omso Novax presses a plus.
• Experience printing on glass, plastics or metals preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Good color matching skills.
• Able to multi-task in a busy print manufacturing environment.

Starting hourly rate $21 - $25, depending on experience, health benefits, vacation, 401k match and relocation assistance.
