Marina Mechanical Services is looking for a motivated and experienced commercial Service HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our HVAC products and services to contractors, engineers, and end-users in the commercial sector. You will also provide technical support, project management, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

As an HVAC Service Inside Sales Representative, you will:

● Generate and follow up on leads, quotes, and orders for commercial HVAC equipment and systems

● Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers

● Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

● Assist customers with product selection, system design, and application

● Coordinate with outside sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services

● Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner

● Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products

● Foster sound relationships with vendors

To be successful in this role, you should have:

● A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales or related field

● A strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems, including VRF, ductless, chillers, rooftop units, etc.

● A proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

● A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
