Compensation and Perks: • $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience) • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting functions on-site, including handling EMDs, commissions, AR review, and direct communication with agents • Ensure accurate updates in Win-more and Z to C for agent splits and new coaching agents • Manage AP invoices, CC receipts, and complete daily 4 conversations for the region • Conduct monthly and quarterly MLS updates • Provide agent services such as onboarding, tech setup, virtual tech classes, and monthly office meeting presentations • Maintain office tech, and social media platforms, and renewed licenses and MLS board status • Attend KWAP and regional meetings, update Command MC, and implement Smartplans for agent retention • Handle office management tasks like payroll, employee setup, office systems maintenance, and office functions setup • Engage in growth initiative conversations, construct projections, communicate actual numbers, and build the Market Center's value package • Establish systems for associates' CGI goals, take minutes in ALC meetings, and consult on business-building fundamentals • Lead support systems, oversee purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, record meeting minutes, and conduct retention care calls Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this Market Center Operations Manager role in Braselton, GA, US. • Previous experience in operations and accounting within the real estate industry is essential • Proficiency in utilizing KW Tech tools such as Command, Docusign, and Showing Time is required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to establish strong relationships with agents and team members • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are vital for efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and empower team members, are key for this role • Familiarity with office management and payroll procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations is a must • Strong analytical skills are needed to review AR, make care calls regarding balances, and communicate directly with agents about commissions and escrow availability • Being tech-savvy and willing to provide tech classes to agents to keep them updated on industry advancements is important • The ability to support new agent onboarding and conduct one-on-one sessions to set up KW Tech tools and other essential systems is required • Proficiency in using social media platforms like Facebook for maintaining office tech and engaging with the real estate community is beneficial • A customer-centric approach focused on delivering excellent service to agents and clients is expected • Familiarity with MLS updates and licensing services for agents to ensure compliance and smooth transactions is necessary • An entrepreneurial mindset that seeks opportunities to enhance processes and support market-center growth is valued • A positive attitude and a passion for fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment are essential qualities for this role Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly DOE
