You’ll lead your managers and their respective team leaders. You will teach managerial duties as well as reinforce and implement our core structure. POSITION SUMMARY: As a Director of your Market place. You will play a critical role in onboarding, training, and ensuring the rapid success of new Sales Representatives in our high-performance, fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring that new hires quickly adapt to our culture, sales processes, and performance expectations, exceeding their quotas in under 90 days. Additionally, you’ll focus on achieving a high retention rate for those who exceed targets and stay beyond their probationary period.
In this role, you’ll need to be results-driven, quick-thinking, and adaptable to the demands of a growing company. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and HR teams, using data-driven insights to refine training programs and maximize both performance and retention. There is an enormous amount of upward mobility for the right candidate in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
(MUST HAVE) Direct Sales Experience (5 years or more)
(MUST HAVE) Solar Experience (5 years or more)
Must know how to self generate appointments
Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele
Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
Host weekly appointment setter and Consultant Meetings
Be certain targets, goals and KPI’s are met!
