Key Responsibilities:
- Market Leadership: Oversee and manage staffing operations within the North Las Vegas market, ensuring efficient and effective workforce solutions.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and place top talent in manufacturing and light industrial roles to meet client demands.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize staffing processes, manage workforce scheduling, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
