    We are seeking a dynamic Market Staffing Manager to oversee staffing operations for a single market in North Las Vegas. This role requires a strong leader with manufacturing and light industrial experience, exceptional operational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring workforce fulfillment, and driving business growth through strategic staffing solutions.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Leadership: Oversee and manage staffing operations within the North Las Vegas market, ensuring efficient and effective workforce solutions.
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and place top talent in manufacturing and light industrial roles to meet client demands.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
    • Operational Excellence: Optimize staffing processes, manage workforce scheduling, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand client accounts, and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Employee Relations & Retention: Support and mentor employees, address concerns, and implement engagement strategies to improve retention.
    • Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and present staffing insights to leadership.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years in staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or light industrial sectors.
    • Operational Strength: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring, scheduling, and workforce logistics.
    • Customer Service: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to understand market trends, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
    • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve challenges and optimize staffing operations.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), workforce management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
