About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Marketer/Social Worker for our non-skilled home health agency. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Could be Full time/Part time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client referrals

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations

Educate and support clients and their families in accessing community resources and services

Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients

Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and family members

Good to have Requirements, not mandatory:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

Experience in healthcare marketing and social work

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
