We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire and guide clients to success. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts. • Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to reach target audiences. • Educate clients on new services and ensure they are fully informed about campaign strategies and performance. • Build and maintain marketing reports to track campaign performance and ROI. • Ensure all campaigns are free of grammar errors or design glitches. • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns. Qualifications: • To qualify for the position of Direct Mail Account Manager in San Diego, CA, US, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • You should possess at least 2 years of marketing experience, demonstrating success in executing campaigns and creating compelling content. • Strong analytical skills are crucial for this role to effectively utilize data in decision-making processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with clients and team members effectively. • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential. • As a self-starter, you should have a proactive approach to tasks and challenges. • Bonus Points: Experience in the real estate industry, direct mail, customer success, or agency account management would be advantageous.
