    Position Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Marketing & Operations Administrator to join our Palm Harbor team. This dual-role position combines marketing, community outreach, and patient care responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both administrative and patient-facing capacities, excelling in social media marketing and event coordination, while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic office. You will work closely with our chiropractor and team to help achieve our mission of improving health and wellness in the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Community Outreach:

    Manage and create content for social media accounts to promote the clinic, events, and patient success stories.

    Coordinate and promote in-office events, local health and wellness clinics, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility.

    Generate and convert leads through effective marketing campaigns and patient referrals.

    Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote chiropractic care.

    Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and retention.

    Patient Care & Office Support:

    Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly, and empathetic attitude.

    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.

    Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness practices to help them achieve their health goals.

    Assist the chiropractor during treatments and with patient care tasks as needed.

    Process payments, explain fees, and manage patient files in the clinic’s systems.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and treatment areas.

    Administrative & Operational Tasks:

    Perform data entry and keep patient records up to date.

    Manage office supplies, inventory, and assist with any administrative needs.

    Support with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients are having a positive experience from start to finish.

    Requirements:

    Prior marketing experience, including social media management and community outreach, is required.

    Experience in a customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting.

    A passion for chiropractic care, health, and wellness, and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with people and motivate them.

    Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

    Must be self-motivated, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a chiropractic assistant is a plus, but not required.
