  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The marketing analyst will play an integral role in providing insights that drive business outcomes. This role will also assist in managing the CRM platform, using data analysis and data visualization to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst will analyze and optimize CRM operations to improve sales efficiency, data quality, and analytics capabilities.

    • Develop and refine processes for lead management within the CRM system (LeadSquared).
    • Continuously optimize and test new initiatives to improve engagement, lead quality, and overall CRM performance.
    • Conduct detailed marketing performance analysis, leveraging full-funnel data to understand trends and measure outcomes across the marketing lifecycle.
    • Segment customer data and analyze key metrics to optimize marketing efforts and ensure business objectives are met.
    • Clearly present marketing performance results to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment on key insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Provide regular, concise reports to foster collaboration and support data-driven decision-making across departments and with external partners.

    Pay Range

    The annual pay range for this position is $67k (minimum), $88k (midpoint), and $108k (maximum).*

    *Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience/portfolio demonstrating relevant skills in data analysis, marketing, or CRM optimization
    • 2+ years of experience working with marketing data in a marketing, data analysis, or CRM-related role, with hands-on experience in performance analysis and reporting
    • Understanding of business statistics and the ability to use statistical analysis techniques
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, data analysis, and data visualization
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and SQL, with experience using Power BI for data visualization and SQL for querying data
    • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, including experience with CRM optimization, data management, and lead nurturing processes
    • The ability to present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Proven track record of working towards clear goals and objectives with a strong understanding of how to measure success and improve results
