Responsibilities: • Assist with clients so we create a Wow moment • Create videos • Be relevant in our marketing of brand and listings • Look for opportunities to connect in our database • Manage events • Improve our client experience • Promote our listings/promote our company • Understand social media • Graphic design is a must • Look for ways to create new opportunities for the team • Real Estate experience is a huge help • Must be a strong in marketing • ABA -- Always Being Awesome Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Be tech-savvy • Be Creative, Have Great Ideas • Understand social marketing • Understand video • If you can't stick to hard moments, strive to get better, and show up, this is not the position for you • The candidate must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST time • There is room for growth and advancement Compensation: $4 - $7 hourly
