    In 1999, Aterra Designs was founded to meet the needs of home builders by providing designers and showrooms for lighting, electrical, and home tech selections to new homeowners. Today, we offer these services through both our traditional showroom environments and our proprietary 2D / 3D design software. This new process will enable both the homeowner and builder to take advantage of the new era of digital design convergence (www.luminosity.tech).

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on supporting our social media and content creation efforts, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong writing skills, and have a flair for creating visually appealing content.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring interactions across platforms.

    · Social Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories that resonate with our target B2B and B2C audiences.

    · Performance Analysis: Track organic and paid social media performance metrics, creating improvements based on data analysis.

    · Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.

    · Sales Alignment: Align social media marketing initiatives with sales team activities to ensure cohesive messaging across all markets.

    · Industry Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

    · Graphic Design Assistance: Support the creation of visual content for social media, newsletters, websites, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.

    · Google Ads Assistance: Assist in the development, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and ad creation.

    · Event Participation: Help coordinate participation in Home Builder Association events, including sponsorships, promotional materials, logistics, and on-site support.

    · Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies that drive engagement and growth.

    Qualifications

    · BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

    · Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X) and content creation.

    · Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred.

    · Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles.

    · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

    · Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

    · A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

    Salary Range: The salary range for the role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
