Our fast-paced, high-volume office needs positive energy at this entry level position! Our reputable firm is seeking a polished professional to join our team! You will perform reception, clerical and administrative functions to support our Marketing and Administrative efforts in order to drive company success. This professional will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented team and will work hand-in-hand with several departments to achieve the best possible results for our diverse Client base. We are a fun, tight-knit group and will only consider the most open-minded, adaptable team player who can keep up with our fast pace!
Marketing Responsibilities:
· Create Social Media content and posts
· Update marketing materials
· Update company website and marketing platforms for listings
· Draft and schedule email blasts
· Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
· Draft and track press releases
· Draft marketing proposals, create aerial maps, and package listing information
· Gather and present marketing analytics data
· Assist in career fair registrations and organization
· Plan and organize in office events (Holiday parties, Olympics events, happy hours, etc.)
Admin Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound telephone calls, route and message appropriately
· Greet and assist onsite guests
· Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas
· Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
· Monitor supplies
· Open and distribute mail/faxes
· Perform other office tasks as needed · Send calendar invites and assist in other admin tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years working in marketing, customer service and admin related roles
· Must be able to work onsite daily from 8:30am-5:30pm in North Palm Beach, FL
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong telephone/personal skills
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· High sense of urgency
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Friendly, warm and professional
· Basic Spanish preferred
· Sense of humor a must
· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields is highly desired
