Our fast-paced, high-volume office needs positive energy at this entry level position! Our reputable firm is seeking a polished professional to join our team! You will perform reception, clerical and administrative functions to support our Marketing and Administrative efforts in order to drive company success. This professional will be part of a dynamic, goal-oriented team and will work hand-in-hand with several departments to achieve the best possible results for our diverse Client base. We are a fun, tight-knit group and will only consider the most open-minded, adaptable team player who can keep up with our fast pace!
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls, route and message appropriately
Create Social Media content and posts
Update marketing materials
Update web site
Email blasts
Draft correspondence, reports, and other formal documents
Draft and track Press Releases
Greet and assist onsite guests
Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas
Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets
Monitor supplies
Open and distribute mail/faxes
Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong telephone/personal skills
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
High sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Friendly, warm and professional
Basic Spanish preferred
Sense of humor a must
