Genesis Health Clubs, the largest privately-owned health club enterprise with over seventy locations nationwide, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of clerical duties within the marketing space including assisting with launching sales promotions, some graphic design, assisting with social posting as needed, creating e-mails as needed, and other duties ensuring the smooth operation of a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the marketing team to ensure efficient operation
· Communicate with members and prospective members through social media to create positive brand experience and reputation.
· Assist in some graphic design, social media, e-mail communication, and database management as needed
· Update Google Business Profiles as needed
· Respond to Google Reviews
· Ordering and Shipping merchandise
· Perform general office tasks
· Support event planning and project management
· Assist in other marketing efforts as needed
· Light copywriting (headlines, copy edits) and proofreading.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or pursuing)
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· General knowledge of marketing strategies
· Some experience in graphic design preferred
