Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time, in-person Marketing Assistant to help drive our business forward—not just through great branding, but by building and executing marketing efforts that generate qualified leads and feed our sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Lead-Generating Campaigns & Funnel ManagementAssist in designing and executing marketing campaigns that directly support sales goals.
Track engagement and conversion metrics to refine funnel performance.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with lead generation strategy.
Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Respond to messages/comments and grow online community engagement.
Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Write engaging blog posts, emails, and social captions with a lead-focused approach.
Develop visual content using tools like Canva to support campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice while tailoring content for lead generation.
Research trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Help maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Support broader marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, or content creation (internships welcome).
Strong grasp of how marketing supports sales, not just branding.
Familiarity with B2C sales funnels and customer journey strategies.
Solid writing skills and comfort using social media and email tools.
Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and eager to make a measurable impact.
