Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Create, organize, and manage email campaigns, ensuring our messaging resonates with our audience. • Content Optimization: Clean up existing campaigns and infuse them with compelling, fresh content to drive engagement. • Asset Coordination: Manage marketing collateral inventory and ensure all materials are current, cohesive, and effective. • Digital Precision: Verify links, QR codes, and other digital elements for accuracy and functionality. • Scheduling Excellence: Optimize and maintain Calendly to create seamless scheduling experiences. • Brand Consistency: Ensure our logo, images, and branding remain updated and cohesive across all platforms. • CRM Enrichment: Add exciting new content like podcasts and mystery shopping videos to CRM campaigns. • Content Repurposing: Transform blog posts and other existing materials into engaging, multi-platform content. • Social Media Support: Assist in creating and managing social media posts that connect with our audience.
