Job Overview As Marketing Assistant, you'll be the engine behind the scenes-coordinating vendors, approving content, organizing events, and driving referral strategies. You'll make sure campaigns run on time, reports get delivered, and the client experience keeps improving. Responsibilities: Objective The Marketing Assistant supports the execution and coordination of all firm marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns, events, and outreach strategies are implemented with precision. This role works closely with vendors, leadership, and internal departments to boost brand visibility, referrals, and client engagement. Vendor & Campaign Coordination **** • Act as primary liaison between the firm and marketing vendors • Review and approve social media content calendars for brand alignment and compliance • Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns, ad placements, and digital • assets Event Planning & Referral Strategy • **** • Plan and coordinate firm marketing events, sponsorships, and community initiatives • Develop and maintain referral relationships with medical providers and community partners • Support the execution of grassroots campaigns and in-person promotional opportunities Digital Marketing & Reporting **** • Implement and oversee email drip campaigns, newsletters, and client outreach sequences • Track, compile, and report on marketing analytics, including campaign performance and ROI • Maintain documentation of budgets, contacts, and ongoing initiatives Client Experience & Branding Initiatives **** • Assist in building out and optimizing the firm's client journey from lead to testimonial • Identify and coordinate scholarship and goodwill opportunities aligned with brand mission • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing alignment with legal services Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficient in Canva, email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media schedulers • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple projects • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish); law firm or Pl experience is a plus Compensation: $18 per hr +
