Dairy Marketing Assistant
Main purpose of position: The Marketing Assistant provides marketing and administrative support to business Unit. This is a full-time position that is staffed and managed by Midwest Technology Partnership, reporting to the Manager of Resources with the Marketing Business Unit. This is a hybrid position and requires two days in the office.

Day to day responsibilities include:_
• Support Marketing initiatives for the Farm Animal Dairy Team.
• Attend marketing team meetings and CMO meetings for the business unit.
• Manage Marketing projects as assigned.
• Work with Marketing Agencies on various projects
• Oversee the copy approval process through PromoMats.
• Provide support to the sales team.
• Serve as the main Point-of-contact for all major dairy events, including direct communication with vendors and event representatives. This includes signing contracts, ensuring timely payments, fulfilling sponsorship requirements, and selecting booth locations.
• Lead event/tradeshow planning, working closely with agency partners throughout the process.
• Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, such as managing calendars, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, shipping, finding meeting rooms, and processing expense reports.
• Assist with contract management and marketing material maintenance.
• Track invoices and monitor the OPEX budget of events and sponsorships.
• Create and manage the “Know Before You Go” documents and presentations for the tradeshow/event attendees, including scheduling and running pre-event calls.
