We’re in search of a dynamic marketing assistant to support our three separate businesses in creating and managing engaging content. We are three separate businesses with a universal goal to help business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. We offer legal services, business coaching, and various resources to help clients thrive in their business endeavors. As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with our team to develop written and visual content for multiple platforms. You will be primarily responsible for content creation including writing blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. You will be responsible for conducting research and coordinating content schedules. Further, you will collaborate with our social media team to improve our accounts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate has excellent writing and communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and previous experience in content creation and management. Responsibilities: Content Creation and Campaign Management • Update website content for three separate businesses • Ensure website information is accurate and up-to-date • Create website graphics, images, and multimedia content • Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms including social media accounts, blogs, and emails • Develop a system to organize content, including draft status, used material, and content to be created • Work independently and as a team to launch marketing campaigns utilizing the Firm’s marketing platforms Research and Reporting • Assist with website analytics and reporting • Collaborate with the marketing team on website optimization strategies • Create reports on marketing performance Administrative Support • Document processes related to your tasks • Coordinate and track the progress of marketing projects Qualifications: • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency with WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla platforms • Proficiency with Hootsuite • Proficiency with Google Analytics • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva • Squarespace website management is highly preferred Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
