Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Salary: $47500-$52500 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing effective campaigns, managing daily operations, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support:

* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

2. Market Research:

* Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
* Assist in gathering customer feedback and analyzing market data to support strategy development.

3. Event Coordination:

* Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
* Prepare event materials, coordinate logistics, and manage post-event follow-up.

4. Administrative Tasks:

* Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and update databases.
* Coordinate team meetings and manage communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Analytical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
