The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in enhancing Team Thiel’s online visibility and client engagement. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and is creative and proactive. Responsibilities: • Social Media Management – Develop, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. • Graphics Creation – Design eye-catching visuals for social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. • Event Assistance – Support the planning and coordination of quarterly client appreciation events. • Client Communication – Assist in crafting client emails, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through thoughtful outreach. • Photo/Video Shoot Coordination – Schedule and organize real estate photo and video shoots, ensuring all marketing materials are high quality and on brand. • E-Newsletter Management – Create and distribute monthly e-newsletters featuring market updates, featured listings, and relevant real estate content. • Monthly Postcards – Design and coordinate the printing and mailing of branded postcards to maintain top-of-mind awareness with clients and prospects. • Blog Content Creation – Research and write engaging blog posts on relevant real estate topics to boost website traffic and SEO. • General Marketing Support – Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to enhance Team Thiel’s presence in the market. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus!) • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Photography and video editing skills are a bonus. • Passion for real estate and an understanding of market trends is preferred.
