    SUMMARY OF POSITION

    We seek a dynamic and innovative individual with a flair for graphic design, social media, and cutting-edge marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about creating compelling visual content and driving engagement across multiple platforms.     Reports To: Director of Marketing and Innovation

    Status: Full-Time

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Conduct all business in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.

    Graphic Design and Creative:

    • Serve as the primary content curator for visually stunning marketing material, including brochures, flyers, property signage, and digital assets.
    • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos that showcase our properties, team, and events.
    • Build compelling copy and visual narratives for social media, email campaigns, and website content that align with ARTISAN’s brand standard.
    • Collaborate to produce blogs, newsletters, and press releases highlighting company milestones and industry insights.
    • Design templates for email campaigns, presentations, and social media posts.
    • Work under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Innovation to develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

    Social Media Engagement:

    • Develop and execute a robust content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Create engaging, high-quality visual and video content tailored to each platform.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive growth.
    • Monitor and stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices to ensure our content and strategies remain innovative and relevant.

    Innovative Campaign Management:

    • Brainstorm and execute forward-thinking marketing campaigns that set ARTISAN apart in the property management industry.
    • Leverage emerging technologies, trends and interactive content to enhance user experiences.

    Community Engagement and Retention:

    • Work with ARTISAN site teams to Plan and promote resident engagement events to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
    • Understand and closely monitor CRM software to ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards.
    • Develop and maintain a strategies with our site teams to foster resident retention and brand-loyalty.
    • Work within the vendor provided reputation platform to update listings, review responses and solicitations, and work with property and regionals on campaigns to highlight reputation score increases.
    • Collaborate with property teams to organize specific, engaging community events, such as open houses, holiday celebrations, and wellness activities.
    • Develop marketing materials to highlight and drive participation in community initiatives.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with property managers and regional leaders to understand individual property and portfolio marketing needs.
    • Partner with external vendors, photographers, and agencies to deliver high-impact projects.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, and ROI across all marketing efforts.
    • Create and maintain lead source tracking.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR Marketing Associate

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
    • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property management
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
    • Experience with Google Analytics, ILS, Lead Management, UX preferred.
    • Expertise in managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later).
    • Strong photography and videography skills, with knowledge of editing software
    • Strong social media, content and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills
    • A proactive, innovative mindset with a knack for staying ahead of industry trends
    • Experience in organizing and promoting community engagement events.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
