Compensation: $34k - $50k; depending on qualifications and experience

Qualifications:

This is an entry level position. An associate’s degree with course work in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Advertising, Journalism, Communications is required

Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Software proficiency in the Google Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and Indesign

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing

Team player, Organized, Flexible and a desire to make our company shine against our competition

Experience in Evaluating advertising and conversion metrics

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Familiar with Canva/Photoshop/Indesign to work within existing branding and create mailers, door hangers, and other public communication as well as consulting on website design

Social Media Management

Manage and engage our community on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and create exciting content for our platforms

Drive social media growth and engagement

Schedule daily/monthly/weekly content placements on social media platforms.

Reporting

Keeping track of the data

Create and maintain ROI reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)

Establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentation, and updating calendars

Flexibility Team player mentality willing to jump into a project as asked
