    Job Summary

    This individual works closely with our marketing leadership and creative team, plays a pivotal role in deploying our brand consistently across different channels, and supports B2B marketing initiatives. The marketing associate creates written communication and high-quality, visually appealing designs.

    Essential Job Duties

    · Work cooperatively to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities, generate inbounds, and build brand equity

    · Partner closely with product management and sales teams to plan and drive integrated marketing for key customers and new opportunity areas

    · Collaborate with product management and other departments as needed to plan and execute marketing campaigns that support brand growth, by amplifying key messages and maximizing our impact for line extensions and new product launches

    · Assist with the articulation of value propositions and defining the marketing mix for new market offerings

    · Cultivate and manage media relationships, monitoring editorial calendars to boost brand exposure in industry and trade publications

    · Design and execute outbound marketing activities and collateral that addresses specific target markets and functions including e-mail communications, social/digital media and ad campaigns, articles, press releases, etc. in collaboration with key stakeholders from creative, brand-specific, and technical teams

    · Support the development, training, and alignment of customer collateral, presentations, and other sales tools in line with strategic initiatives

    · Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape

    · Synthesize and analyze data to inform marketing strategies

    · Design and execute internal marketing activities and collateral that promote events, culture, products, and objectives to internal staff and stakeholders

    · Responsible for 5% - 20% of customer-facing presentations, including occasional travel

    · Manage inbound inquiries with timely responses and appropriate triaging to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth

    Minimum Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree

    · 1+ years on a marketing team, or equivalent experience, demonstrating the ability to contribute effectively to a growing team

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills

    · Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft 365)

    · Experience with content creation and supporting applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics) and the ability to learn new applications quickly

    · Experience conducting market research

    · Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in an often ambiguous environment

    · Up to 25% travel to client sites or industry events

    · Occasional evening or weekend work hours

    · Will occasionally move or push objects weighing up to 30lbs

    · Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    · Ability to remain in a stationary sitting position 75% of the time

    · Ability to communicate information and exchange ideas with high attention to detail and accuracy.

    · Ability to observe details at close range.

    · Eye for design and experience with design software/applications (Adobe Suite, Canva)

    · Comfort and confident presenting to different audiences (internal, decision makers at large corporations, etc.)
