We are rapidly growing! Our Family-owned company, located in beautiful Brevard County Florida, provides clients exceptional and top tier construction services for the commercial construction industry. We have three offices located in both Orlando and Melbourne, FL and Dallas, TX. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to work out of our Melbourne Office. This position is responsible for providing support to the marketing team in developing and executing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Business Development & Marketing to implement and advance the office's marketing initiatives.
• Assist with managing database for customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Assist in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts and promotional material.
• Works with graphic designer to create engaging marketing collateral.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
• Assist with marketing events including onsite support, creative event collateral, conducting site visits and interacting with attendees.
• Produce and maintain promotional material and inventory.
• Provides administrative support to the team, including coordinating meeting and event arrangements and preparing meeting materials.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Organize and participate in various community events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or working toward a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Digital photography and video editing experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding pf basic business and marketing concepts.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
