About the Role:

Marketing Associates immediately respond to incoming insurance quote requests while managing a lead program that proactively offers insurance quotes to potential customers. We have a well-established process that makes this role easy to navigate.

Requirements:

Urgency - We must respect the window of time that customers choose to contact us and maximize the value of each interaction. Customers requesting quotes must be contacted within 1-2 minutes of receiving the request.

Attention to Detail - Intake of new customer information is crucial for the success of our insurance presentations and the relationship being established with the new customer. Information gathered must be complete and without errors.

Empathy - Customers can sometimes feel overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated by insurance protocols. You must guide them through the process and help them understand the purpose behind each step. This builds trust and is a wonderful start to a new customer relationship that, in our agency, commonly lasts more than 10 years.

Part-Time Shift - Work a 4-hour shift Monday-Friday from 10AM-2PM.

2-Week Training - In-person training is held in the Maple Valley, WA office. After completion, position is work-from-home with monthly in-person check-ins in the Maple Valley, WA office.

Insurance Knowledge - Insurance licensing in Property & Casualty lines is required before hire. This consists of an exam, fingerprinting, and applying for a license. Cost is $156. Producer (full and limited lines) | Washington state Office of the Insurance Commissioner
