    Job Summary/Objective

    The role of the Marketing Associate is to develop and implement all outreach, digital and print advertising, and public relations communications for Strategic Technology Solutions (STS) to improve brand awareness and increase sales. The position will also prioritize, coordinate, and implement all events/tradeshows to demonstrate exceptional service positioning and usage.

    The employee will have a positive attitude and the ability to work with minimal management in a team environment where every member is an important part of the company’s success. All employees will adhere to the company’s core values and align themselves to the company’s vision and mission.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Social & Content: Create social posts, blog articles, and thought leadership pieces that address the unique IT challenges law firms face.

    Email Marketing: Launch targeted email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize for better open and click-through rates.

    Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns in marketing automation tools to improve lead quality and conversion.

    Collateral & Sales Enablement: Help produce case studies, solution briefs, and sales decks to support the sales team.

    Brand Consistency: Ensure messaging aligns with our focus on security, compliance, and productivity for legal professionals.

    Events & Webinars: Organize webinars and support in-person events; help convert attendees into leads.

    Basic SEO & Web Updates: Optimize website content for relevant keywords, update landing pages, and improve basic site usability.

    Key Metrics for Success

    Higher social media engagement and blog traffic.

    Improved email open/click-through rates.

    Increased lead conversions from campaigns and events.

    Enhanced usage of sales collateral in closing deals.

    Better organic search rankings and on-site engagement.

    Qualifications

    3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally B2B or professional services.

    Strong writing skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.

    Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM, social scheduling).

    Analytical mindset and ability to adjust strategies based on data.

    Organized, proactive, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable Skills

    Advanced Marketing Automation & Lead Scoring: Experience creating complex workflows or lead scoring models is a plus but not necessary.

    In-Depth Market Research & Competitive Analysis: If you enjoy diving deep into industry trends and competitor moves, great! But we’re happy to teach you as you grow.

    High-Level Brand Strategy: A background or strong interest in brand strategy is beneficial if you’re looking to expand into bigger picture thinking over time.

    Technical SEO & Site Optimization: Basic SEO is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. We appreciate any familiarity and will support further learning.
