We are seeking to hire a creative and strategic Marketing Associate to determine unique ways to spread awareness about beem® Light Sauna [location], and drive potential new members to our studios. This team member will be an innovator who is responsible for developing and managing content that drives engagement, audience growth, brand awareness, and generates leads. Keeping a pulse on trends, developing engaging content, developing relationships with local businesses, and connecting with their clientele to generate leads will all be key roles that this person will fill. This role offers an opportunity for upward mobility at beem® Light Sauna [location] as we work to grow our membership base before opening our studio doors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ● Curate content strategies for organic social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram. ● **Experience using Canva and Rallio to manage social media. ● Manage social listening strategy, monitoring messages and comments on various social media platforms. ● Develop relationships with local businesses to partner with and conduct traditional marketing efforts. ● Generate leads in person at local businesses. ● Stay up to date with emerging trends, market insights, and offerings to optimize marketing tactics. Education and Experience Requirements: ● Demonstrated measurable experience in social media and traditional marketing. ● General understanding of social media analytics. ● Ability and willingness to think strategically and act/implement tactically. This is a hands- on position. ● Demonstrated experience cultivating B2B relationships ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Skills: ● Very strong communication and written skills ● Excellent project management skills ● Event Management ● Copywriting ● Experience with prominent social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram Location: **Must reside in The Woodlands, TX or near the area for a short commute.
